I've made my decision

and don't think I'll change it. AFter an hour long meeting with my surgeon, and tons of discussion, I am going for RNY. I was really sold on the sleeve, terrified of RNY, but I TRULY believe he has my best interests at heart, and that it will be the best surgery for me.

So glad to just let go and make a choice. Now, to focus on the positive. No date, and still a few more hoops. Hopefully by January, I 'll be on the loser's bench.

I was exactly the same,  wanted sleeve and with surgeons input changed to RNY, mostly due to GERD.  No regrets, life it good :)
