1 year Goal Exceeded! & **new pics**

Howdy Everyone!!!

LOL!  Greetings from Houston TEXAS.    Just stopped by to share some exciting news!  I will be celebrating my 1 year DS surgerversary on November 1st, but I've already surpassed my 1 year goals for weight and sizes!  How awesome is that???

High weight: 440   Current Weight: 220
Neck Size: From 23 to 15/15.5
Waist: From 56 to 36 Slim fit 
Shirt: From 5/6XL to Medium/Large

No more high blood pressure, sleep apnea or severe back and joint pains. This time last year I felt very old and sick, but now I feel young and full of life!! Thank you!!!!!    I am proud of myself.  I figure if I can beat myself up for letting my weight and health get to a bad place, I could at least give myself a little kudos for making a turn-around.
