Still making mistakes
I am so irritated with myself right now. Even 7 years post op I still make the same stupid mistakes.
I waited too long to eat, and when I did, I ate way too fast. And it was steak, so guess who got stuck----ME!!
Will we ever learn. So for you newbies out there, don't beat yourselves up. Even old pros make errors.
After all, we're only human.

I try to make the dratted mistakes just a part of my process and correct as needed- I just have to do them as part of my experimenting and learning journey. Very very very important that I don't beat myself up which just keeps me stuck in old patterns and ways of thinking. Babe Ruth lost the home run record a long time ago, but he still holds the strike out record. Took Thomas Edison over 10,000 tries to get the light bulb. Helpful for me to remember that.

You will discover a sense of empowerment and peace you have never before experienced. You will come to believe you can overcome your challenges and find some joy in this world." Katie Jay
Good advice. Can I just say that your font is almost impossble to read on my tablet? If I open a long post and see this font, I just close it unread.
