Hi All,

I haven't been here in a while. It looks like there has been some updates. NICE! Just thought I'd drop in and update you all on where I am in this weight loss journey. It has been a great ride!!!

Wasn't sure if it would ever happen, but I'm officially satisfied with my weight loss. If I lose more, it's ok but I don't feel the need to. I actually FEEL like a success!!

Sleep Apnea - GONE, High blood pressure - GONE, severe back and knee pains - GONE = Healthier Happier ME!

I went from being THE biggest person in my building at work to one of the smallest. LOL! Lv it!

Shirt size: 5/6XL to medium (small/large depending on brand)
Pants: 56 waist to 34
