Foamies

I hate the foamies! please share how u get over them...

Oh gosh, I rarely got those but still do once in a great while. I usually make sure not to lie down or I just expell it and it's done. I'm sorry, I don't know how else to deal with it. Maybe if you are really uncomfortable you can give your doctor's (surgeon) office a call and ask why and how to get rid of it. 

What are foamies? Haven't heard that one yet.
