Weight loss

I am 4 weeks out from surgery. All is going well but I haven't lost any weight in the last week. Is that normal. I have been following diet plan, I am having trouble drinking all my water.

Look back over od threads. That is not to avoid answering you, just so that you can see how common this is, with any wls. 

But do try to get your water in!
