Burning pain right of belly button

I had my surgery a little less that 3 weeks ago. I've had some complications out of the gate-severe nausea that made it hard to eat or drink which landed me back in the hospital for a few days. I've been doing good since and today I got A LITTLE over zealous and decided to have some ground turkey that I think was WAY to spicy. I have a burning pain just to the right of my belly button that is SO uncomfortable. Has anyone else felt this way after trying a new food? I didn't have any acid reflux or heartburn with it and it went down great in the beginning. But now that pain in the lower part of my stomach is just awful. Is this from trying something to spicy? Or maybe something my body wasn't ready for?
