Newbie Looking for Advice

Hello everyone,

I'm new to the OH website and recently had an initial visit with my bariatric surgeon. I have to do three months of weight checks for insurance before pre-op, and have decided to have the gastric bypass. Just looking for any and all advice for a newbie!

The best advice, I think, is to just read and learn! You can do a search of previous posts to see what other people ask frequently, and keep an eye out both here and on the RNY board to see what people chat about.
