VSB after gastric bypass. Gastric bypass partially worked for me. I went from 304 to 242, but can not lose anymore. Please can someone help me with  this?

I agree with the other poster - why is it that you can't lose anymore?

First, what's a VSB, and how would it help after a gastric bypass?

Like the other posters ask, why do you think you can't lose any more weight with your RNY/gastric bypass? (I'm not saying you're wrong, I'm just asking what you've tried that isn't working, and why YOU think you can't lose any more.)

Can you post a sample menu of a typical day's eating? In detail. How long ago did you have your RNY?

Ditto to the above. When was your surgery? Have you talked to your doctor? How closely did you follow your post-op plan? Have you actively tried to get back on track, and have you sought help in doing so?

I don't know what a VSB is.  Why can't you lose anymore and what does your surgeon suggest?

Please note: I AM NOT A DOCTOR.  If you want medical advice, talk to your doctor.  Whatever I post, there is probably some surgeon or other health care provider somewhere that disagrees with me.  If you want to know what your surgeon thinks, then ask him or her.    Check out my blog.
