Does anyone have trouble sitting on hard surfaces.   My tail bone has hurt since I lost all my weight.  Any suggestions.

Its a common problem, will get better...I noticed about 2-3 years after I reached maintenance that my remaining body fat started re-distribuing, when that happened it got better, but I still need a cushion when I set on anything hard for very long...

I am sorry to hear your hurting. But I gotta say I am so looking forward to having that problem, rather than my extra stuffing that I am caring around.

I have one and it's great!! I use it at work for my desk chair that has no padding. It's nice and squishy but supportive, and the padding hasn't deflated at all. Definitely worth the money.

When I'm at home, I just put a spare bed pillow on my recliner, and used some yarn and an upholstery needle to tie a knot in the middle of it (making a bit of an indentation in the fluff). That works fairly well in the bigger seat.

I have the pillow on my Amazon wish list so I'll remember it when I start having problems.

I carry a pillow with me just about everywhere. Even a well padded seat is sometimes very uncomfortable. I have developed a really gross callous where my ****yx protrudes and my PCP has said that if it is not less painful a full year after I reach my goal weight, then we'll talk further about having it shortened. My orthopedist said he's seen them go well and quite badly (this is a procedure he does not do himself, but a colleague would perform) and to think carefully before taking action. But dang...it really is a pain in the @$$! ;)

Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way.  Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!

I've decided I'm going to get all of my loose skin moved to my butt.  I'm fine with a male equivalent badonkadonk if I'm not sore from sitting in a padded chair after an hour.  maybe I'll be taller sitting down.
