I am having lower enternal back pain 3 weeks post-op. It hurts when I take big breaths in, hiccup, sneeze,  and move certain ways. I have a heating pad on it now. I am wondering if its gas, constipation or something more? Any help would be great thank you...

Your back is mostly muscle and bone. Can you be more specific as to where the pain is? It doesn't sound like anything surgery-related, but call your surgeon tomorrow just in case.

Sadly lower back pain is a symptom of about a billion different things.  Some serious, some not so much.  I recommend calling your surgeon tomorrow and asking.  If there are other symptoms - fever, radiating pain down legs or elsewhere - get to ER ASAP.

Massage, stretch, yoga and exercise are great way to prevent repeat episodes of low back pain so engage in anyone of these physical activities.
