Hi, I had Gastic Reflex surgery about 5 yr ago and my WLS seems to think that with scarring I might not be able to have the sleeve or lab band. Anyone else had this happen? Thank you for your help. Esther in Oregon
If you are talking about gastric reflux surgery then neither the sleeve or the band may be good surgeries for you because they both can increase reflux problems. I would listen to your surgeon he sounds like he knows what he is talking about.
