A while before surgery I posted here about how singing would be post-op.  I belong to a community choir and also take voice lessons, both on a hobby-level.  My surgeon told me I'd be good to go after two weeks, but in my experience people who don't sing don't really know how much energy singing takes!

So I didn't sing for two entire weeks, and then I had choir, and everything was AWESOME!  My breath control is a bit diminished from what it used to be, but I had no pain or other problems with singing at all.  And my breath control will come back with no trouble - just a bit of work.

I'M SO HAPPY!!!
