surgery completed

My surgery is done. My doctor found a hernia and took care of that.  I was in some pain but pain killers took care of it. I woke up this morning and wasn't in that much pain.  Just woke up being sick to my stomach.  But that past. Maybe I can go home today or tomorrow.  I sipped the water as siggested by my dr.

Congrats to you. ( i'm just a little jealous ), I finally decided to do this but I can't start anything until next month due to a vacation coming up at the end of this month. I hope everything goes well for you and wish u lots of success.

The nausea will pass.  Don't be afraid to sip tha****er.  Water is your best friend right now.  Good luck as you begin your journey!

Water and walk walk walk. After surgery last week I was nauseous too. They tried zofran in the hospital, but we finally determined it was gas (definitely felt different after surgery). So now when I get that sickly feeling in my throat i walk and it passes. One of the new things to learn on this journey.
