Does anyone know of any diet pills that will help as a tool in weight lost. One that works, and safe.

There are a few that have recently been approved by the FDA. Here's a great guide to most common weight-loss options available today: http://www.obesityaction.org/educational-resources/brochures -and-guides/understanding-your-weight-loss-options-brochure and another great resource http://www.yourweightmatters.org/ Be sure before you start any diet plan you get in to see your Dr... he/she can get a plan in place that is right for you and your lifestyle.

Hope it helps in your research,

Not trying to be snarky here but if there were anything that worked and was safe we all would have taken them instead of having surgery to lose weight. So no, none that I am aware of, the key word is safe. If it were safe there would be noi fat people we woul all jsut take the magic pill. Even with surgery it is still hard work of dieting and exercise. There is just no easy way to do it.

There are 'safe' diet pills, and there are diet pills that work. There are not, however, any safe diet pills that work.

My doctor once told me, "diet pills are only good to start a diet" I think he meant for a couple of weeks. To be perfectly honest, every time I've tried them, as soon as I stopped I gained back more weight than when I started. I don't like the way they make me feel, they made me irritable and it's so difficult to sleep. Normally I am a very even tempered person so irritability was very difficult for me.
