Getting rid of it
Afraid mine sought me out! Crept up on me when I wasn't looking. Sneaky things, those pounds. Only a few of them but I am always aware their friends are just behind them, lurking!
Highest 290, Banded - 248 Lowest 139 (too thin!). Comfort zone 155-165.
Happily banded since May 2006. Regain of 28lbs 2013-14. ALL GONE!
But some has returned! Up to 175, argh! Off we go again,

There is an OA saying," while I am working my program, my disease is in the corner doing pushups".
Most of us need to be ever vigilant of those sneaky things because they are just waiting to pile on when we turn our heads.

So true! For me, losing was the easy bit. The first three or four years of maintenance weren't too bad. But it gets harder for me as time goes on! Still slim by most standards but I have to watch it like a hawk!
