I haven't read a single post from someone post-surgery who said they don't deal with head hunger. So, I thought I'd start a list of ideas of things to do instead of eating during those times.  I'll start with a few things and add other ideas to the list as they are posted.

1. Blow bubbles

2. Crochet a dish cloth

3. Make t-shirt yarn

4. Work on current crochet project

5. Experiment with paints

6. Dye fabric

7. Make something from one of my Pinterest boards

Surgery will be hopefully in October or November 2014, with Dr. Megan Gilmore

I chug fluids like it's my job. Yesterday I had two large iced coffees, two large cups of tea, 32oz of pink lemonade, 32oz iced tea, a few cups of water...

Go for a walk, play with pets, read a book, zumba, run around the yard, tend to your garden, sing a song, play the guitar.

Clean something. Knit a few rows. Read an interesting book/article. Go for a walk. Make a pair of earrings. Go virtual clothes shopping.
