Pro Biotic

Hi All,

Looking for the best pro biotic. I do not know anything about them but have had potty issues since my VSG on 3/3/14. Currently on Flagyl, but will start a pro biotic when I am done with the meds.

My gastroenterologist recommended Align ... I take the Walgreens version.

I take the Walgreens version as well. I started it after some serious constipation and after three weeks it seems to have helped a lot!
