Yes going back to basics. Dense proteins and not drinking with meals. Also it is very hard to stretch a sleeve. They remove the fundus which is the stretchy part of the stomach so you would have to abuse it pretty bad to stretch it. If you are still in touch with your surgeon I would say they may offer some help and can maybe even see if it is stretched.
You cannot do any significant shrinkage yourself on your stomach any more than you can with your loose skin. If you need it, they can resleeve you, but I recommend more strategic eating..more dense porteins before you eat anything else, etc.
