Can anyone tell me how to post pics to your profile?

Hello My surgery was April 29, 2014. I'm new to this site and I have no idea how to add a picture to me profile and how to update my tracker? I've already lost 18 lbs and I want my tracker to reflect my progress. HELP!!!

Welcome    To add your avatar click on your user name in the upper right hand corner, settings, avatar. Make sure you down size the photo.  It says 100 x 100 pixels but I find it loads if you do 90 pixels.  Once you up load it if you don't see it right away do a hard refresh which is ctrl +f5.

To update your tracker click MY OH, Health Tracker, enter your new weight, click save and it will say your new data has been saved.  Here is a link to our Help Section  http://www.obesityhelp.com/articles/sitehelp
