I recently had the sleeve done on the 29th of April I am losing weight but now I've gain 3lbs is that normal?

Relax and enjoy your new life.  If you go to the forum for Vertical Sleeve, you will find so much info!  You will also find that this is pretty normal.  Your body is going to be weird for a bit but everything will settle down and you will see it is ok.

Remember, you just had Major Surgery!  Let your body recouperate.

YEs, the first few months are unique as your body is getting used to everything.  I gained 25 pounds after surgery and had a lot of back and forth in the first 2 months.  I am now in my 11th week and lost 5 pounds last week.  Keep following your plan and it will work out.  It is scary especially since we are so used to failing at weight loss - but don't let this psych you out.  It really doesn't mean anything
