Hi, I am ten days post-op and what like to see what everyone else has been eating . I have been eating the pureed chicken and carrots for dinner that the sample menu states. I want to see what else can I mix up my menu. Thank you for any and all responses.

I assume you are on pureed foods?  Then how about pureed chili, pureed tuna salad, Greek yogurt, ricotta cheese, refried beans, other pureed vegetables, unsweetened applesauce?

Hope the healing is going well! Congratulations!

Roasting veggies brings out a wonderful flavor... cube them, toss them on a baking sheet pan, a drizzle of olive oil, 425 till soft, stir them a few times in cooking. Eggplant and Butternut Squash are favs this way... then toss them in the food processor... Roasted eggplant pureed with plain Greek yogurt mixed in is too die for. Greek Yogurt is great... oodles of protein and you can make sweet (SF coffee syrups, fruit pureed mixed in) or savory (roasted veggies, pesto sauce, spices)

Did you make all those foods and then put them in the blender?

I used the mini processor attachment of my Ninja blender thing.  Same principle!
