Seems like yesterday.

It seems like yesterday and I was trying to get approved.  Then the day came.  I remember crying all the way to the hospital.  When I was in the bed all alone I had a moment of wanting to run.  I remember thinking I might die.  OH all those thoughts I had.  It has been 8 years at least.  I ended up over doing it.  I got down to 103 so actually worked to gain weight.  My mind still says I am a cow.  For all of you who are getting ready to have surgery take pictures before.  Measurements once a month and photos once a month.  Write it all down and weight yourself weekly or once a month.  It is so important to see this progress.  There were months when I didn't lose any weight then all of a sudden poof.  I would start losing.  I did notice when you are not losing weight you are losing inches and vise versa.  It is weird how it works.  I am so thankful to see where I was.  I even forget that I once looked like that.  Wow, when I look at my before picture I am proud of who I am today, and embarressed I walked around like that before.  If you are a dumper be happy.  It keeps you true to your weightloss.  When you are full quit eating.  Take a look at how I felt before my surgery.  I tried to write a lot to help myself and others.  Believe it or not I wear a size 4 and still feel fat.  My brain just has never switched to I am little now.  I actually have to take a second look when someone says how tiny I am or something like that.  Good luck to all you new people.  The picture that is in my signature is old.  I haven't been able to get a new photo small enough to be my avatar so please look at my journey and see how far I come.  You will to.  Good luck to you all.

I already said this to you in another post but your photo at the bottom and this from you "I Have Lost a Whole Josh" says it all!  That's inspiration.

I will repeat what I said at the end of your other post incase you missed it.  Every morning my biggest cheerleader would stand at the scales.  He kept waiting for me to lose as much  he weighed.  That day he was more excited then me.  MOM YOU LOST A WHOLE JOSH.  Having just gotten out of bed I grabbed the pants I wore at my largest, we jumped into them and took a picture.  The funny part was I hadn't combed my hair nothing.  He was so excited I sent it to OH magazine.  LOL they printed it.  Me in all my glory.  haha
