Hello Everyone! I am 7 months out today and down 145 pounds from 12/13, surgery date 2/24/14. I am so excited to be given this opportunity to have a new chance at life. I have been really following my plan and exercising 5-6 days a week about 1:15-2 hours a day. I would never have been able to conceive that this would have been possible at 332 pounds. I felt like I was dying and I was. I am down from a tight 28/30 pant and a 4-5X top to a size 15 juniors pant (they are actually getting a bit baggy) and a large top.

Thank you to everyone who posts on OH. I have gained some valuable insight and knowledge from you all.

Mo p.s. If the picture doesn't turn out it is in my profile.

Thanks everybody for your wonderful comments. I honestly couldn't have done this without all of the info I have received from you all posting on OH. Still have a ways to go but I know it is possible because I see success stories on OH. Again, thank you!
