Recording New Weight - WTH????

Is anyone else having an issue updating their weight? There is no save button on my health tracker. Am I doing it wrong..?

Oh good! Glad it wasn't just me who couldn't find a save button!

I haven't been able to find it either.  It's really frustrating, because between the pre-surgery diet, and the surgery on October 6th, I'm down over 40 pounds, and I really want to show that!

Revision on 03/18/15 with

it updates automatically. Give it a few minutes and it will show the change. You might have to refresh also.

I am not sure what I may be doing wrong. I enter my weight, nothing happens... ? I refreshed the page & same deal. I am going to health tracker and the fields are blank. I enter my weight and BMI and nothing. I mean I could stare at the screen all day but there is no way to save it. :) I have been trying for a week. Also tried from a different computer and from a different browser.

Our IT Team just advised us that they have released an update that should address the Heath Tracker issues. 

Try cleaning out your cache and go back into HT to see if that helps.  If not, email us at [email protected]

I had the same problem for days but it does work on my iPhone.
