Not very high protein wise.......Syntrax has a lot more protein, yet similar calorie and sugar content....I currently am using Cellucor, 130 calories, 1.5 g fat, 1 g sugar, 25 g protein and slow release to keep you feeling fuller longer.... there are so many out there with 20+ proteins per serving.  Check around; look at GNC, Popeye's, body building type stores and talk to them about appropriate whey isolate proteins...

Not the best by any means.

GO with a pure PROTEIN ISOLATE SHAKE and at least 20 grams of protein.  There's nothing special about this and you are lining other people's pockets.

Well, no matter what product you are choosing, you are lining someone's pockets...lol.  However, the point is, there are many, many good products out there to choose from and many different prices.  There are powders, which I like cause I can add more or less, or convenient ready made ones, which are good for a grab and go.  There are many flavours from vanilla to fruity ones as well; it's all an experiment as to which you like the taste of, cost, convenience, etc.  And look at sites like Bariatric Advantage as well, although these might be a bit higher in price as they are supposed to be specifically formulated for bariatrics.  I have not looked into these much because of shipping to Canada, but I bet you can find similar products locally.

I am referring to the fact that this is an MLM.  You are paying a high price tag for an inferior product.  Buy from a retailer and you'll pay a better price for a better product.

My only thought is it doesn't have enough protein. My Surgeon said it should have at least 20. I try to get 25-30 in each shake, if it's a flavor I really like but I want more protein I just add a little unflavored whey.
