Day 2...in the hospital...

So all has gone well so far. I'm ready to get my upper GI scan so I can drink some juice. I've been up walking already a cpl times, the bed just isn't very comfortable on my back so I'll use any excuse to get out of bed lol. Pain is manageable, mostly just tenderness in my belly area.... And from all the twisting and turning involved in getting in and out of bed with all kinds of tubes and wires attached LOL. I'm ready to get into my own clothes in a cpl hrs! I'm so glad the surgery is over and the horrible pain is now gone!

Go gently on the walking ... Remember, your job for the next 2 weeks or so is to rest, walk, sip, repeat!!

aaahhh yes the hospital beds, not a fan either. Congratulations on getting past this step, now the fun begins!
