Request for advice on how to handle missing three vitamin doses today

Hello out there!.  I have been doing really well with my vitamins and have never missed a dose until today.  I take vitamins four times a day.  This morning my routine was thrown off and I left my first three doses sitting on the counter when I headed to work.   Should I just resume as normal when I get home by taking my evening dose and start fresh tomorrow or should I try to make up for it by taking extra tonight and tomorrow?  Your advice will be greatly appreciated.

If you can try to get 1 or 2 doses in tonight the start fresh tomorrow. Don't think missing one day will affect anything majorly.

I was having a hard time getting them in so the doctor said I could take two in the morning and two at night. Works much better. I am so busy at work it is easy to forget. As for today, I would do what you can tonight and start over tomorrow.

How do you get all your calcium in that way?  We tend to need 1500mg a day and can only take it 500-600mg at a time, which means at least three doses of calcium two hours apart from each other.

I haven't head of Bariatric fusion, only bariatric advantage.  Can you buy them at Walgreens, Walmart?  or are they online?

I get them online. Was told they have everything I need so don't have to space pills apart or buy separate iron etc. About $30 with shipping a month

300 mg per tab - I was told 1200 mg per day. No issues yet so not sure. These are made for RNY patients
