3 years post -op update check in

Hello everyone! Wow, it is hard to believe it has been over 3 years since I had surgery. Yes, I have put on 12 -15 pounds since my original weight loss of 110 pounds because of old habits, but having surgery was the best decision I could have ever made. It has been a long time since I have been on here and that has been a mistake, because it keeps me accountable. So, from this day forward I am going to make an effort to log on more so I can have the support to help me get back into healthy habits.

When I was 3 years out I had regained about 15 pounds and stayed there for years. Then I got a job that was very active and off went those pounds and have stayed off now for two years
