I've almost lost an average me-height adult woman.  Which is.. really disheartening to think that I -had- an average me-height adult woman to lose.  But also something that I'm SUPER proud of myself for doing :D

I have just recently wrapped my head around how much I have lost. Sadly most of it is from the lap band making me so sick before and even after I had it removed. That said I have lost the refined sugar an average American eats a year or a 2 yr old horse and an average human leg! That comes out to 140 lbs!!! I am dumb founded I just wi**** wasn't from so much damage to my body and I feel 10X worse than when I originally got the band so was it worth it, not really, I'd much rather be heavier and feel better. I'm thin but can't even go out and enjoy it!
