Surgery on 8/4.  Never thought I have such a great time farting.  It is better than eating.  I am on hospital time. Came home from the hospital today and went for a 3 mile bicycle ride with my husband then went to sleep about 7:00 pm  Woke up around 1 am, now going back to sleep.  I guess if no one is going to wake me up for vitals, I'll just wake myself up.   I kinda like the wake up for 2 hours, sleep for 2-3 hours, etc.  Good night,, it is 3:16 AM

I know that feeling! It was the best feeling in the world next to being able to sleep on my belly again after a couple of days after surgery. That first night of full sleep is wonderful.

Lynn, what's amazing is that you actually show some weight loss just a few days out! I came home so pumped full of IV fluids that I was puffy and swollen for 2 weeks. And the scale wasn't my friend right off the blocks.

Just wait till you can easily roll over in your sleep....without your own body interfering. You'll love it!
