The set it up and walk away - I love most about it. And how fluffy the ground meat gets in a sauce in just 20-30 min.

To stri dry you need large open skillet - I would not recommend any pot for that. Specially any deep pot.
Stir fry - you need to move moisture away from the food - not trap it.
IP is great to saute things before I cook it.
