No comfortable sleeping position

I sleep with my arm on a pillow for the same reason; not enough room to rest my arm on my side anymore.

I've slept with a knee pillow, AKA crotch pillow, since I was pregnant with my daughter 37 years ago. My doctor recommended it because I was having back pain. Now I can't sleep without one.
