Pin Points of Pain during Weight Loss....... anyone?

Good for you for taking control and saying enough is enough. I have been doing the same thing and have lost 50 pounds and rounding the corner of my weight regain goal. I too worked out like a nut the first time and hitting it pretty hard this time but 10 years older LOL so not as hard. Anyway I had issues like you mentioned both times and for me, it was not drinking enough water and not upping my protein to reflect my activity. Also, if you have not done so get your labs updated to make sure those are in line as well.

Keep us posted on how you are doing and we want see those before and after take 2 when you hit 200
