To eat, or not to eat?

Should I force myself to eat even after I get my protein requirements? I feel like I should be eating something even though I'm not hungry.

No. Not if you get in your protein requirements. I do try to spread mine out throughout the day so that I have normal meals, just to form good habits.

No. You just had a revision. You need to learn good eating habits this time or you won't get to goal and stay there. Revisions are not magic and "starvation mode" is a myth.

Why on earth would you eat if you aren't hungry and have met your nutrition requirements? No way!

Nope.

Unless you are actually underweight, you shouldn't force yourself to eat if you have met your protein goals and aren't hungry.

You need your minimum of protein, fats, and vitamins/minerals. Everything else is just wasted calories that could keep you from ever losing all your excess weight.

Why would you think of eating if you met your protein goals and are not hungry?

Do that and you won't reach your goal. Spread out your protein so you're eating breakfast, lunch and dinner.
