New here :)

Hi everyone! I'm new to this forum. I have been reading a few of the different conversations going on. I have had my orientation and met Dr. Huynh for the first time. I have my appointment with Dr. Glazer this afternoon. Then on May 1st I go back to HRRH for a day of appointments with all the other members of the bariatric team. I am really excited about this whole process....scared at the same time!!!

Welcome! I went to Humber, you are in good hands. The Nurse Practitioner appointment tok forevvvver, but the social worker was a breeze (tip - she is not a fan of sugar lol).

The dieticians are all pretty great. Just be sure to remember the food stages!

The process will go very quickly from here on out, all the best.

We suggest you upload your avatar, fill in your surgery type, date and surgeon. If you have not done so, let us get to know you by adding some information on your profile "about me" section. Hang out on your surgery type forum to interact with those that had the surgery you are going to have. Great support and information.
