i am 68 and had surgery around 14 years ago ( forgive me, I'm old :-) What I want to say is it is never too late to lose weight. Only here could I brag I bought my smallest pair of blue jeans ever... and they zip. Size 8!!! Why couldn't I have been 'hot' before all these sags and wrinkles lol.

I am with you Kathy Last year I was able to lose regain and was amazed at my age, (I am old too) and so far out (surgery in 2004) the weight came off as soon as I dumped the carbs and got back to the basics!

Thanks for the positive, encouraging post

Hey Kath, You're not old. I was 54 when I had my wls and now I'm 63. We're living legends. Look at Helen Mirrin, Judi Dench, Betty White. We be rocking in ways the younger kids don't know.
