Thank you!

The big one for me is back pain. At 292lbs, I had SEVERE lower back pain. I have mild scoliosis, so being obese really took a toll on my back.

I couldn't go grocery shopping or walk for more than 20 minutes without being is severe pain. Sometimes I was in so much pain my legs would give out. It was unbareable.

My back pain is now 100% GONE. I am so happy. I'm also off my inhalers, and I no longer have sleep apnea. I just feel so much better. Can't imagine how I'll feel when I lose even more weight.

How wonderful! I'm hoping losing helps with my sleep apnea, too. Good sleep seems to make everything else fall into place a lot easier. And having once lived back pain...wow, it can really mess up your life. I'm happy for you. Keep sharing! These stories and these pics are really motivating for me, being in the early days of the process.

Looking great, I find the comparison pictures really help me with the fat person inside feelings, although for the first time this morning I was looking at myself in the mirror after getting dressed and thought I'm looking pretty good, it's the whole stomach not sticking out as much anymore. I'm getting there, I was doing better with my inhalers until the last week, the bad weather pointed out to me that although the weight loss has improved my asthma it hasn't got away and probably never will, but I can live with that.
