Book Recommendations?

Hey everyone!!

I got my tentative VSG date of December 6th (just have to get one more blood test and an EKG)! As I'm getting closer, I'm excited but I'm also getting a little bit anxious about failing and I think I need some motivation. I've seen a couple of people on here recommend some books that helped them in changing their mindset, but I cant remember where I saw them.

Does anyone have any recommendations for books that might be helpful for me in keeping me motivated?

Thanks!

Mary
