My dentist mentioned that many earlier WLS patients would have problems with erosion/decay due to vomiting, but I think he doesn't see that as much anymore.

I wonder about the dry mouth too, since my medication causes dry mouth. (Although, this seems to be counteracted by Invisalign, which makes me salivate more. So yay?)

Yes because dry mouths are more prone to decay. Xylitol helps.

For me the renal stuff really had an affect on my teeth.
