Yes, after 14 years I still do really dumb stuff Krispy Kreme donuts were a big trigger for me and I have not had one of them since before my surgery back in 8/04. Yes, I did....I ate one the other day and was sicker than a dog I will NEVER eat another one again

What was the one food you ate and said "did I just do that?"

Last night Kathy! I went out for Tempura Veggies and shrimp. I ate absent mindedly all the tempura plus rice and miso. I made myself actually hurt and said "What and why did I just do that?"

I know right? And I am 14 years out Hello, I know better Try to remember how bad you felt afterwards and when you are faced with a situations like that again you will find the strength to say

I do that every time I eat a lot (for me) of sugar. Which fortunately, I don't do often. I can handle a small cookie (like Chips Ahoy size), or a few bites of cake, but if I have much more than that I feel like crap. I don't dump, but I just feel crappy.

I too know that something with a lot of sugar will make me feel gross, but sometimes I do it anyway (stupid me).
