Passenger fumes about being seated between pigs

The saddest thing is that this person felt she was justified in what she was doing. "I eat salad" she wasn't very thin herself, and why do you think eating salad makes you OK? It is a sad commentary on our society, where saying cruel things and making rude comments are now acceptable. There are so many different ways she could have handled this situation, and yes I believe that besides size that racism was also at work here. She will probably never admit that she did anything wrong, or that her behavior was reprehensible.

Just wrong to treat anyone that way, I would have inserted myself into that situation, no doubt about it. Crazy world we live in, she would not have been so brazen if she was not on the phone with support from the other end. I have to say she looks very foolish now, she is famous for the wrong reasons!

Actually I don't think it would b funny or appropriate at all. Yes she acted out probably a lifetime of anger at being body and age shamed herself . It's petty stuff and would have been overlooked except for racist issues .
