I did Keto when my weight loss stalled at about 18 months. Helped me get 25lbs below my surgeons goal! I still do reduced carbs and try to keep it clean, just don't over think. I still weigh everything I eat and log it. If I see a little trend going up, I clean it up a little and it heads back down. Just eating clean, not a diet... I didn't have WLS to diet for the rest of my life.
I do know that while I've been doing maintenance for a while that eventually I might want to drop more weight, I just need to reduce my carbs. Right now I'm just enjoying be able to do anything I want and shop at normal store. Actually, for the first time in my life, I have too many clothes to fit in my closest! I had to start an overflow area in the basement... The right side of my closest used to be the overflow, now it's full!
