Today is meal planning day for the coming week!

Monday - sesame tempeh bowls, rice for the guys

Tuesday - FFS (fend for self)

Wednesday - thai pork tenderloin with cucumber salad

Thursday - pork sausage pasta

Friday - roast beef hash

Saturday - FFS

Sunday - sesame maple grilled chicken, broccoli, rice for the guys

Hi Gwen,

this post. I didn't want to encourage bad behavior as I just grab some chicken or eggs and I have a tendency to eat the same thing over and over again. Not a very good example and I wi****ook more time to cook. I will make an effort this coming week and post. Now the pressure is on

I like the FFS acronym. I am going to use that with my kids?. Usually I end up yelling at them when they are tattling on each other MYOB. Mind your own business.
