All people do it to some extent, at least all people I know, lol. I guess the secret to survive is knowing when enough is enough.

I am looking to treat all of these through WLS. I use food to cope with everything and now it's becoming a problem

I lost a lot of weight since my surgery. I work out 3 times per week. Now I drink lots of dry wine instead of stress eating.
