I enjoy listening to uplifting music when I exercise. I love all kinds of music, im not picky. What are some of your go to songs and artists that you recommend? I seem to be stuck listening to the same songs and would like to add a variety to my playlist. Thanks.

I set up a few playlists because from time to time I need something a little more peppy. My daughter actually set it up because were exercising together once she had surgery. She has loaded a lot of music and labeled them so I can choose based on my "mood"

A few of my favorites are from the 80's and have great beats so it doesn't matter if you're just walking or doing weight training.

My favorites are Pat Benetar, Duran/Duran, Van Halen, Joan Jet, Survivor. You might try googling music to exercise to and give a genere and you'll get some good suggestions that way too. I am also a big fan of 60's so I loaded several from the Beatles, Rolling Stones, Four Tops, and Aretha Franklin.

I love Jared Halley: this one starts me out every morning: Hall of Fame https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kf8jlmzMAUA

Then this: Fight Song https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=frS1wivlkPA

And this for box jumps: Take on Me https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AmsMkwcWPZ0

And everything else in his amazing repertoire! :)

When I do make the time to exercise, I love listening to 80's music and love anything by the Bee Gee's!
