ADDITIONAL CASTING CALL - Revision of WLS or Plastic Surgery - Share your story!

In conjunction with a major cable TV network, Glass Entertainment Group and Crybaby Media are looking for additional patients who are in need of a weight loss surgery revision and plastic surgery revision.

In addition to revision surgeries, they are also open to unique medical stories that pertain to extreme weight loss and/or plastic surgery.

They are working with an elite team of Bariatric and Plastic Surgeons. If you're interested in being cast complete this form to be considered. All submissions will be reviewed for consideration!

Curious as to whether they will pick up the cost of the revision surgery (i.e. as "compensation for their participation") or whether that is on us, if you know? If the production co. covers the cost, this would be an excellent opportunity for members who need the surgery to have it done, either w/o ins. or whose ins. co. refuses to cover it.

I know that they have chosen some individuals already, but we are not privy to their discussions. I do know those that have let us know they were chosen are happy.
