10 years ago today I made a life changing decision and underwent a weight loss surgery, RNY. Today 10 years later I am happy to update that I have maintained a weight loss of 178 pounds. After Covid and the lack of mobility due to a hip replacement surgery 1 year ago, I did have some regain weight. I have another 8 pounds to go to be at my goal weight. It hasn't been easy the past 10 years but it certainly was worth the efforts. Maintenance is by far harder then the initial weight loss. I am proof that it can be done and the commitment that it is possible to maintain the new lifestyle that was learned. Like Comment Share
