Struggling After the Honeymoon Phase

I'm new here and just wanted to start a discussion about something I've been struggling with lately -- staying consistent after the "honeymoon phase." In the beginning everything felt easier, but now I find myself slipping back into old habits, especially with snacking and emotional eating.
For those further along in your journey, what helped you stay on track long-term? Any small habits, mindset shifts, or routines that made a big difference for you?
Really appreciate any advice or experiences you're willing to share.
Hi William, I struggled too. What worked for me was Ozempic and then Wegovy. I was ready to give up as I had a regain but the bariatric Dr suggested I try the drugs and it worked. No more food noise. Best to you.
