Me.........I had a fight with some animal cookies....Well, needless to say, I won the muther.

Other than that, I did well...

Didnt do a workout though...But I got up this morning and redeemed mysel***** on the treadmill for 20 minutes running and walking.  Jump some rope and did some squats with weights.

65oz of water yesterday and all vitamins and meds....Hooray.

My agenda for today:
b- 2 eggs and oatmeal
l-  shrim scampi
d- baked fish and salad
65oz of water
All vitamins and meds

Yesterday was okay.....up until the Lorna Doones jumped in my dayum mouth....
I don't know how that happened

I had all vits, 70 ozs of water, did jumping jacks and crunches.

Today will be a better day!

ETA - I need , please send extra  this way....bake sale at work today.....

Good Morning Treena and EOY Challengers,

I did exceptionally well again on yesterday.  I feel the soreness in my muscles this morning.  My trainer worked me over again yesterday and my core muscles are finally sore this morning after two days of working out.  But, this is a good thing.  I am on my way to a shapely new me!

People are so worried about what they eat between Christmas and the New Year, but they really should be worried about what they eat between the New Year and Christmas. ~Author Unknown

Woo Hoo!!! I knew that you could do it... My weakness yesterday was chips and salsa~ but I resisted.  I didn't work out yesterday but I am doing it in a minute.  I will do situps and squats before work.

Yesterday I got in all 80 oz of water~ I needed it because I have the flu
B- 1 egg white with egg and 1 turkey bacon
L- dry tuna
D- turkey chili w/cheese
Snack- sugar free jello and string cheese

Today's goal:  80 oz of water and going to the gym for 2 circuit classes
B- protein oatmeal
L- chicken salad
D- baked tilapia
Snack- sugar free jello

Yesterday was a good day until lunch and was tempted with Key Lime Pie, which was my down fall, but today I'm getting back up and working it out!  

B - Oatmeal w/ protein
S - Hot chocolate w/ protein
L - Salad w/ roasted chicken & fat free dressing
S - Hot & Spicy Pork Rinds
D - Steamed Shrimp
S - Protein drink

All morning  vitamins taken and will try to get more water in at least 60 oz.

I was good yesterday until I started outlining a Risk management process for my job and discovered a hole in the system that could mean a mofo could embezzed hundreds of thousands of $$ without detction - it's my job to plug the hole..... that's when the mini kit kats showed up.......

then I had a 'run in' with some Soft Batch cookies last night.......

BUT today is a better day!!!  I have a meeting with my boss to 'level set' and find out how much of this is MY issue to resolve, track and prevent...........

B - protein shake
B#2 - Fried spam
L - not sure yet, probably chili and potato from Wendy's
S - protein bar
D - not sure again, maybe turkey soup and cornbread

Working on 70 oz of water, gonna try to make a workout happen again tonight......

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

Well those %$&@%#'s GOT ME TOO!!

I put up a good fight with the key lime pie!! BAM!!
The Lorna Doone's? THEY DIDN'T STAND A CHANCE. CRASH!!
But JUST AS MY DAY WAS ABOUT TO END.....

I got sucker punched by a small soda at Mickey-d's.
I can't even lie and say I put up a good fight.
But it was only HALF of a beat down--I guess the thought of having to come clean to y'all brought about an iota of guilt.

So there you have it. Today's a new day.
(and...word on the street is that there are 12 of those pop-tart thugs lurking about my area--but between you and I...THEY DON'T WANT NONE OF THIS!!)

  Dude - you, like, ALWAYS crack me the HELL UP!!!!!!

I feel you - them lorna doone mofos must roll with the Keebler elfs - them soft batch chased my ass down yesterday and ****** me up!!!!!  Had a dumping episode to boot!!!

I am back on the grind today and looking out for those lil crafty short *******s..... hard to spot cause they so short - but Imma give it my all today!!!!  LOL

Good morning EOY challengers! 

Yesterday was a pretty good day for me.

B - 6 slices bacon, 2 eggs w/cheese
L/S - Arroz con Pollo (about 1/4 cup of rice), 3 small plantains
S - 2 string cheeses
D - Chick Fil A nuggets

Protein - 131, Carbs - 58

75 oz water

And I got some exercise in (so you don't need to kick me today, Kim ).  I did Turbo Jam 20-Minute workout.  The only thing about exercising at night...  I am hyper for the rest of the evening.  I didn't get to sleep until midnight.
